Organic Oat Breakfast

Raw organic “porridge” breakfast
1 cup raw organic rolled oats
1 cup raw organic rolled barley
1 cup raw organic rolled rye
1 cup lecithin granules
1 cup freshly ground organic flax
1 cup hemp hearts
1/4 cup organic pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup organic sunflower seeds
1/4 cup wolfberries
1/4 cup finely cut dried apple
1/4 cup finely cut up dried plumbs
1/4 cup dried blueberries
1/8 cup slippery elm
1/16th cup kelp.
just mix it all in a big glass container and grab a handful and put it in a bowl pour warm (not hot water) over it and eat it with a bit of honey or maple syrup... yummy !!
