Stomach Zone Color
The Stomach Zone color helps to determine whether the stomach function tends to be overactive or underactive. If the stomach shade is grey, the function tends to be underactive. If the stomach color is a white shade the stomach tends to be overactive and thus usually overacid.
If the stomach looks as though it may be overactive, one would generally not want to use enzymes with HCL. If the stomach looks underactive one might want a stronger enzyme particularly one with protease and in some cases with HCL.
Recommendations:
Chew food well and slowly, take appropriate enzymes, often using protease enzymes with meals.
Therapies:
Create a relaxed enjoyable atmosphere while eating; do not watch television.
Do not lie down after eating.
Take relaxing walks after meals.
